Pilots urge people to consider career in heli-sector amid central Queensland worker shortage

A mix-up during high school work experience led Frank Bosca into aviation and more than a decade later he would not have it any other way.

“I was going to leave school and go and be a vet,” he said.

“[After] a bit of confusion at school I ended up in a hangar in Townsville doing work experience on planes and absolutely loved it.
