NRL Saturday games to go ahead as netball, A-League make changes due to heavy rainfall – Sydney Morning Herald
The NRL said games will go ahead on Saturday after positive reports from Bankwest Stadium and Brookvale Oval.

Our team worked through the night to prepare the ground and get lines down for todays game.
The relentless heavy rain has affected our ability to apply line markings despite multiple attempts.
Some of the football markings from last nights event remain because we could not risk adding further water to the surface to completely wash out these lines.
The Bankwest Stadium surface drains extremely well and the underground vacuum system is fully operational. The amount of rain that is falling continues…
