A group of former and current staff on the comedians day-time talk-show program The Ellen Show have spoken out, describing a toxic work environment with a culture of racism, fear and intimidation at the show.
In an expose by Buzzfeed News reporter Krystie Lee Yandoli, 10 former and one current employee- all speaking anonymously- said that some were fired after taking medical leave or bereavement days to attend family funerals.
