A single winner has scored the entire $50 million Powerball jackpot.
One lucky Australian has tonight become the nation’s newest multi-millionaire, winning an eye-watering $50 million in Powerball’s latest draw.
The numbers for draw number 1296 were 6, 16, 18, 29, 30, 33, 35 and the Powerball number was 4.
According to The Lott, the ticket was purchased in Sydney and was unregistered – meaning there is no way for officials to contact the winner to inform them of the news.
