Warning for workers as Melbourne office coronavirus cluster grows – 7NEWS.com.au
Businesses have been warned that people working on-site, when they could be working from home, is a compliance issue that increases the risk of COVID-19.
Businesses have been told they should still allow staff to work remotely, as packed offices increase the risk of spreading coronavirus.
It comes after the Victorian health department labelled a COVID-19 cluster at a Melbourne law firm a key outbreak.
On Thursday six coronavirus cases were linked to HWL Ebsworths Collins Street office and two floors of the building were closed for deep cleaning earlier this week.
