A2 milk chairman content with publishing his view on Jayne Hrdlicka’s exit – The Australian Financial Review
A war of words erupted over a magazine story that has since been updated with David Hearn’s rebuttal to several of Jayne Hrdlicka’s comments.

What is apparent is Mr Hearn felt it necessary to take these steps since he felt that Ms Hrdlicka was disparaging the company, and the board, by her comments in the story when she outlined she left the baby formula maker due to her husbands health after he was diagnosed with cancer; she played down spending on her ex-employer consultants Bain & Co; while also saying a2 Milk did not have any IT person in the company when she joined.
