Marcus Harris scored his first century since last November in gutsy style and tough conditions in Brisbane

Test opener Marcus Harris stood firm while seven batting partners fell around him on the way to his first century since he pounded an historic double-hundred last November. Harris, who played in the final Test against India during the summer, was the lone Victorian batsman to pass 40 as he withstood the Queensland bowlers in conditions well in their favour.
No-one has scored more than Harris’s 10 Sheffield Shield hundreds in the past five years.
