Victoria looms as hub if borders close, concussion sub could be ‘injury sub’: AFL chief

AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan says Victoria is a strong option to be used as a hub if there are border closures, while coaches have discussed whether the role of the incoming concussion sub could be expanded.
