Queen Elizabeth II joined a virtual science showcase for British Science Week, where she had a sweet reaction to photographs from the surface of Mars.
The Queen has made her first public appearance since Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview, on a video call to honour British Science Week. Her Majesty was joined by space scientist Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock, Professor Caroline Smith from the Natural History Museum, the Learning Team at the Science Museum and schoolchildren from Thomas Jones Primary.
