The Capricornia Highway reopened about 12.30pm on Sunday after being closed in both directions at Wallaroo following a crash involving two trucks and a vehicle.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 7.20am on Sunday at Wallaroo, about an hour and 20 minutes south-west of Rockhampton.
Three people were assessed by paramedics.
One man was trapped in his vehicle but has now been extricated and is in a stable condition.
A QAS spokeswoman said another person sustained seatbelt-related injuries, while a third was being treated for possible spinal injuries. Both are also in a stable condition.
