Krone, fast becoming the pride of Queensland racing, scored her third feature race win in a row and a breakthrough Group 1 success in the $600,000 Coolmore Classic (1500m) at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday.
She has reeled off wins in the Magic Millions Fillies and Mares, Group 2 Guy Walter Stakes and the Coolmore in quick succession, collecting just over $1 million for her owners – all this after she was nearly sold as a broodmare last year!
