Charter Hall in race for Qube’s $2.5b Moorebank logistics park – The Australian Financial Review
Hot on the heels of its logistics asset acquisition from Qube this week, Charter Hall is pursuing another piece of the company’s property portfolio.
Qube is trying to sell a stake/find a JV partner for the logistics park, which is the size of Sydney’s CBD.
Charter Hall joins buyout giant KKR; ASX-listed Dexus; industrial property platform ESR; and ARA Asset Management-backed Logos in the Moorebank data room. Also understood to have recently entered the fray is private equity behemoth Blackstone.
