The Warriors second-season based in Australia started with a hard-earned 19-6 win over Gold Coast at Central Coast Stadium on Saturday.
Nathan Brown’s Warriors tackled their way to a dogged 19-6 victory against a disjointed Titans team that fell well short of lofty expectations on Saturday afternoon.
Brown, coaching his first NRL game since departing Newcastle at the end of 2019, would have been pleased as his side drew upon the resolve they showed last year to help them overcome the hot Gosford round one weather.
