Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk MP says people should “not be alarmed” over the locally acquired COVID-19 case recorded overnight.
The case, a doctor at Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital, tested positive on
Friday, and is believed to have been infectious in the community on Thursday.It brings an end to Queensland’s 59-day streak wihout a locally acquired case.
