A Sunshine Coast woman has used the pandemic shutdown to create a virtual reality meditation app.

It offers users more than 30 soothing guided journeys through rainforests, Uluru and even outer space.

“It was actually developed from when I had a workplace collapse from stress. And I had always meditated and just had sort of audio and I found during that time audio wasn’t enough.” – AtOne App, Edwina Griffin.
