The most viewed home on realestate.com.au this week was 281 Grassdale Road, Gumdale.
A sprawling Cape Cod-style home at Gumdale has topped the list of most viewed properties in Australia this week on realestate.com.au.
Known as Wisteria Lodge, the property at 281 Grassdale Road, Gumdale broke a record for agent Fraser Evans, of Evans Properties, with more 300 househunters attending the open home launch last Saturday.
