Racing Victoria reported Arcadia Queen shifted a plate at her Bendigo base, leaving her mildly lame of her off foreleg.
Arcadia Queen is the $3.40 favourite for Saturday’s $5 million contest.
The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained Shout The Bar also failed the compulsory vet check.
