Former NRL player Tristan Sailor has attempted to have his bail varied to attend an Oztag competition in NSW, as he continues to fight allegations of aggravated sexual assault.
Mr Sailors lawyer Jessica Kavvalos argued in Downing Central Local Court on Thursday that he needed to attend the competition in Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast to remain fit in anticipation of making a return to the NRL.
