Weston Creek Children’s Centre director Emma Morton charged with 26 additional fraud offences
A Canberra childcare centre director accused of defrauding the business of hundreds of thousands of dollars has been hit with 26 fresh charges.

Emma Morton, 46, was already facing 23 counts of obtaining property by deception for allegedly taking more than $160,000 in funds from the Weston Creek Children’s Centre in the 12 months to February this year.
Today she faced the ACT Magistrates Court where she was charged with an additional 26 counts of fraud, for allegedly stealing another $170,000 over the same period.
