Handley has made plenty of sacrifices, including spending weeks away from family, caring for Probabeel for trainer Jamie Richards during her All-Star Mile preparation.
Fluctuating COVID-19 restrictions have made it almost impossible for Handley to return to New Zealand in recent times. But working with a horse of Probabeel’s class makes the situation worthwhile.
