Disney CEO Bob Chapek has addressed the decision to drop Gina Carano from The Mandalorian’s third season.
Lucasfilm announced in February that Carano would not be returning to the Star Wars show because of her “abhorrent and unacceptable” social media posts about cultural and religious identities.
There had been a huge backlash after the Cara Dune actress shared an Instagram post that compared being a Republican in the US to being Jewish during the Holocaust.
