Wallaby great and CEO of leading strata managers SSKB, Daniel Herbert, has welcomed changes to body corporate laws including legalising voting via Zoom for the first time.
Changes to the Body Corporate Community Management Act came into effect on Monday (March 1) impacting over 350,000 Queenslanders who live in strata titled schemes.
