Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics will not have overseas spectators, according to Japanese news agency
Japan has decided to stage this year’s Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics without overseas spectators due to public concern about COVID-19, Kyodo news agency has said, citing officials with knowledge of the matter.
