Marvel’s Shang-Chi star “heartbroken” at cancellation of his show – Digital Spy
Kim’s Convenience has come to an unexpected end.
Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu has shared the sad news that his sitcom Kim’s Convenience has been cancelled.
The actor has played Jung Kim in the Canadian series since it began in 2016, but he has now revealed that the show has ended after five seasons.
“Disappointing news today,” he tweeted. “I’m heartbroken. I feel like my journey with Jung was cut short. I feel like you, the fans, deserved better. But I’m proud of all that we accomplished together in 5 seasons….
