MIRA/Aware, Vocus sign $5.50 a share deal – The Australian Financial Review
MIRA and Aware Super have a deal to acquire Vocus Group at $5.50 a share via a scheme of arrangement.

The agreement comes after an intense few weeks for Vocus and its suitors including a final round of talks over the weekend, sources said.
The deal is expected to be done via a scheme of arrangement, that would be subject to approval by Vocus shareholders. Vocus biggest shareholder, Janchor Partners, which is represented on the groups board, is expected to vote in favour of the offer subject to no higher bid being received.
