At KPMG, for example, repayments of its 20 per cent COVID-19 pay cut has come in three instalments.
HSF CEO Justin DAgostino said the 5 per cent payment, which will be paid this month and is in addition to annual bonuses, was partly to thank staff for maintaining their performance in a personally and professionally tough year.
The firm is performing well so far this year … I am delighted that all our people will be sharing in our good performance, he said.
