Sippy Downs Police target Fatal Five offences

Sippy Downs Police have acted in response to community complaints of speeding through school zones with high visibility traffic patrols targeting the Fatal Five offences.
Acting Sergeant Adrian Smith, Officer in Charge of Sippy Downs Police, said it was great to see the majority of the community being responsible behind the wheel.

He was, however, disappointed to detect five drivers speeding in school zones.
Other infringement notices were issued for driving unregistered vehicles and two drivers were detected for driving without a licence.
Acting Sergeant Smith said there was no excuse for drivers who are speeding around our schools.
