Ufuk Talays men kicked off their Wollongong Appreciation Month by thumping Perth Glory 3-0 to earn their first win at WIN Stadium after scoring twice inside five first-half minutes.
Sporting a red and white kit, a tribute to their temporary hosts, the Phoenix produced their most clinical performance in front of goal to leapfrog Newcastle Jets into 10th place on the table.
