Cooper Cronk is paid from Melbourne’s football cap to mentor its halves despite holding a similar deal with the Sydney Roosters, Storm chief executive Justin Rodski says.
A furore over Cronk ignited when he was spotted in action at Storm training last week.
His manager, George Mimis, initially claimed that Cronk was a club corporate ambassador only, with no formal coaching role. The Storm have now revealed otherwise.
