Cronk has come under fire for a conflict of interest in working with both the Roosters and Storm halves ahead of the 2021 season in roles he has held since his retirement in 2019.
However Robinson defended Cronks ability to carry on in both positions without disadvantaging the opposing team, especially when the Roosters play the Storm this season.
