Former NRL player Jarryd Hayne went to a woman’s house “for one thing and one thing only” before she was allegedly raped, a Sydney court has heard.

Mr Hayne has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual assault after going to the complainant’s house following a two-day buck’s weekend in Newcastle in late September 2018.

The complainant, then 26, had been chatting to him on social media over 13 days in the lead-up to their first in-person meeting.
