Eagles’ live mascot ‘gang tackled’ after going rogue and scaring fans

Sundays AFLW derby between West Coast and Fremantle had to be delayed after the Eagles live mascot, Auzzie, went rogue and flew around the stadium before being gang-tackled and captured.
Auzzie – who has been a fixture at Eagles games since 2007 – usually flies around Optus Stadium before landing on a large footy in the middle of the stadium, led by its handler.
However before the double-header in Perth, Auzzie decided to make its own fun.
