Police release footage of man after woman was kicked in face
Police have released footage of a man as part of an investigation after a woman was kicked in the face and knocked unconscious on Valentine’s Day in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
Two women were sitting on the footpath at the intersection of Constance and Wickham streets when they were approached by a man about 11.40pm on February 14.
Police said the man demanded money from one of the women, a 22-year-old, and threatened her.
She refused and the man kicked her in the face before leaving.
The woman lost consciousness and was taken to hospital in a stable condition with facial injuries.
