Warriors’ $2.5m pitch for 20 home games in 2022 after three-month Aus stay extension – Fox Sports
The Warriors are plotting a bold $2.5 million plan to host up to 20 NRL games in New Zealand in 2022 in a bid to win back fans in their own country.

The Sydney Morning Herald revealed Warriors CEO Cameron George is pitching plans to try and spend the bulk of next season at home once the coronavirus pandemic hopefully comes to an end.
The Warriors confirmed on Saturday they will be forced to remain on the NSW Central Coast until June 21 due to COVID-19 and the uncertain trans-Tasman travel bubble.
