Miranda Kerr has lost another beloved family member almost two weeks after her grandfather’s funeral.
The Aussie supermodel shared the sad news on Instagram, telling fans her grandmother also passed away not long after they buried her “Pa”.
“My darling Nan passed last week on the 27th of February. Nan there are no words to describe how grateful my heart is for you. ” the 37-year-old wrote alongside sweet throwback photos with her grandma.
