While us mere mortals have simple wish lists in life car, house, picket fence ambitious billionaires like Elon Musk want more, like potentially founding his own city in the US.
The Tesla boss and SpaceX chief designer has already taken the steps to make his dream a reality by approaching officials in Texas, where he hopes to own a piece of the state. 
According to TMZ, the 49-year-old has spoken to officials in Cameron County about his plans to found his own city in the area, which he’ll call Starbase….
