First COVID jabs delivered on Sunshine Coast

Frontline staff at Sunshine Coast University Hospital have received the COVID-19 vaccination, marking another highlight in the pandemic response.
Minister for Health Minister for Health and Ambulance Services Yvette D’Ath said it was another momentous occasion for the state.
“We expect 125,000 Queenslanders will be offered the vaccine in the very first phase of the vaccine’s rollout, prioritising those who are the most at risk of exposure to the virus,” Ms D’Ath said.
“Our vaccine journey is just beginning and the next step on that journey starts here today on the Sunshine Coast.
