Four in 10 over-80s are flouting coronavirus lockdown rules within three weeks of receiving their first vaccine, it has been revealed.
Figures from the Office for National Statistics found that an estimated two out of five said they had met indoors with someone other than a care worker or a member of their household or support bubble.
