Cleanaway pursues Suez Australia in $2b-plus deal – The Australian Financial Review
Australia’s biggest waste management group wants to get bigger, but the ACCC will have a say in the latest deal in a potential shake-up of the industry.

The ACCC began a review earlier this year into the local implications of the global $US14 billion ($18.1 billion) takeover bid by Veolia for rival Suez, which was first proposed last year.
