Miranda Kerr has revealed her heartache after losing not one, but two family members within just a few weeks.
The Aussie supermodel took to Instagram to share the news her grandmother had passed away, only two weeks after the family had also farewelled her grandfather.

“Nan there are no words to describe how grateful my heart is for you,” the 37-year-old mum wrote, sharing some sweet throwback photos with her grandma.
