Child protection cop found guilty of grooming teenage girl

A former police officer has been found guilty of grooming a 15-year-old girl he met while investigating nude photos she circulated.

Matthew Paul Hockley admitted he added the teenager on Snapchat and sent her messages, but said he was interested in the girl’s mother.
