‘Disgraceful’ GP banned after complaint withdrawal bribe

Dr Rajeshwar Chandra pleaded guilty to attempting to pervert the course of justice and 14 counts of supplying dangerous drugs in 2018.He was given a two-year jail sentence, suspended after he served three months behind bars.In 2014, Chandra’s registration was suspended for two years, after he asked a female patient if she was trying to give him an erection and inappropriately touched her on the buttocks.He then forged letters to the Medical Board, claiming she had withdrawn her complaint.Chandra had…
