Things turn ugly in stoush with ex-CEO
Legal action launched by the Melbourne Storm against former CEO Dave Donaghy is centred around fears the Broncos are set to lure Craig Bellamy to Red Hill.
The Storm has applied for an injunction preventing Donaghy from taking up his role with Brisbane, with Melbourne seeking to enforce a six-month non-compete clause which would prevent him from taking the job until August 1.
