The notoriously private pair opened up in a discussion with the Wall Street Journal, where the Australian model revealed she had to make the first move.
Kerr confessed it was her who had to text the Snapchat founder first with whom she has children Hart, two, and Myles, nine months after they swapped numbers at an event.
