Coach ‘open’ to surprise reunion; Rockets star makes big $58m call: NBA Rumour Mill
New York Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau would reportedly be open to a reunion with Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns.
While at Minnesota Thibodeau was forced to deny reports of a rift with KAT but there were suggestions it may have contributed to his removal halfway through a reported five-year, $40 million ($A52m) deal.
There are no concrete reports suggesting Towns is available right now but it could become relevant in the future if Minnesotas struggles continue.
