Motorcyclist left with life-threatening injuries after crash

The serious crash happened just after 7pm on Saturday off the Ipswich Motorway on the corner of Collingwood Rd and Mine St. The man was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he was treated for significant arm, leg and chest injuries.A spokeswoman from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said two crews were sent to the scene to assist paramedics.Exit 31 off the motorway was closed off to all traffic following the incident, with motorists told to avoid the area.
