Ex-AFL star breaks silence after assault conviction
Former Sydney Swans forward Elijah Taylor has taken full responsibility for his actions after being convicted for assaulting his ex-girlfriend and subsequently sacked from the AFL club.
The 19-year old avoided jail time and was fined $5,000 while the Swans sacked the youngster back in November.
Speaking for the first time about the conviction, Taylor told7News Perth he blames himself and opened up on the impact it had on him.
