Victoria has woken to a greater taste of freedom after more COVID restrictions were rolled back overnight.Mask rules will be wound back to high-risk settings in Victoria today, and 75 per cent of workers can return to offices after the state government announced an easing of restrictions.
Masks will be required only in ride-share vehicles, on public transport and in shopping centres or other big retail areas.
It comes as Victoria recorded no new cases overnight, with more than 10,000 tests received…
