Users can request automatic closed captions now
Zoom has announced that its preparing to roll out its automatic closed captions feature to all users of the video conferencing app later this year, including those who use the free version.
Announcing the news in a blog post, Zoom Product Marketing Manager Jen Hill said the company was working towards making the feature available to all users “in the fall of 2021” so wed expect to see it rolling out from September.
