Joe Root, Stuart Broad and James Anderson could all face disciplinary action for accosting the umpires on a disastrous day for England on day one Ahmedabad.
The tourists were bowled out for 112 after electing to bat first at the world’s biggest stadium where India would end the day on 99-3.
